Meet Rayna Marquez

Rayna is the senior Vanguard officer encountered on The Den and one of the main voices explaining the station's purpose, atmosphere and strategic role in the Wolf system. Although her assignment is quiet compared to more active UC postings, her dialogue makes clear that The Den remains an important frontier outpost tasked with patrol, emergency response and maintaining a UC presence in a historically dangerous region of space.

As the station commander, Rayna appears responsible not only for routine security oversight, but also for maintaining discipline among a small, bored and often restless staff. This is most visible in her handling of tensions between Bastien Graff and Holden Bonilla, where she acts as a practical mediator trying to keep station life from turning petty frustrations into open conflict.

Meet Chloe Malaise

Chloé Malaisé is a French-Paraguayan voice actress and performer whose work spans video games, animation, television, and film. In addition to voicing Rayna Marquez and Catherine Alvarez in Starfield, she has contributed voice work to Horizon Forbidden West and animated projects such as Hotel Transylvania 4: Transformania.

Much of her career is rooted in dubbing, where she has performed in English versions of international series like La Casa de las Flores and Mi Familia Perfecta, along with roles in animated shows including Captain Tsubasa and Burka Avenger. She has also appeared in smaller on-camera roles in projects such as Gringo Latino, Miami Bici, and an episode of the true-crime series I’d Kill For You.

While she is not yet among the most widely recognized lead voice actors in the industry, her growing résumé reflects a steady presence in modern game and animation productions. Particularly in supporting and multi-role performances that help bring large ensemble worlds like Starfield to life.
