Meet Sam Coe

Sam Coe is a former Freestar Ranger and pilot hailing from the rugged world of Akila in the Freestar Collective. He comes from one of the most famous and influential families in the region — the Coes, descendants of Solomon Coe, the legendary founder of Akila City and the Freestar Collective itself. That legacy weighs heavily on Sam, who has always lived in the shadow of his ancestors’ larger-than-life reputations.

Born and raised under wide Akilan skies, Sam inherited both his family’s piloting instincts and their fierce sense of independence. He joined the Freestar Rangers for a time, serving as a lawman and protector across the Settled Systems. But his idealism eventually clashed with the political reality of the Rangers’ bureaucracy, and he left in frustration — taking to the stars to make his own way as a freelance pilot and explorer.

Sam later joined Constellation, drawn by their mission to uncover the mysteries of the universe rather than just survive in it. Despite his easygoing, plainspoken charm and cowboy sensibilities, Sam carries a deep sense of duty and a quiet longing to set things right — for his daughter Cora, for his heritage, and for the wider galaxy.

Cora, his bright and curious daughter, often accompanies him aboard his ship, the Frontier, serving as both his anchor and his conscience. Their relationship adds a grounded, human element to Sam’s otherwise nomadic lifestyle.

Meet Elias Toufexis

Elias Toufexis is a Canadian actor, voice artist, and performance capture specialist celebrated for his distinctive gravel-toned voice and emotionally layered performances. Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Toufexis began his career in theater before transitioning to film, television, and video games, where he quickly became one of the industry’s most recognizable voices. Over two decades, Toufexis has built an impressive résumé across genres and media.
