When approached, he states he’s a cook looking for work, indicating a pivot in vocation that diverges from a typical mercenary or engineer.

He offers supportive skills in wellness and gastronomy, and a modest combat utility via incapacitation for EM weapons.

If you’re looking for a character with full storyline integration, romantic arcs, or heavy combat performance, Mickey is not that type. But if you’re building a crew focused setup, enjoy flavorful party members, or want someone to round out your team with wellness and crafting support, he fits.

Meet Chris Andrew Ciulla

Chris Andrew Ciulla is a Boston area actor, narrator and voice over professional whose versatile career spans video games, audiobooks, commercials and on camera work. Raised in Massachusetts, Ciulla brings a distinctly Italian American background to his craft, a fact he cites as influencing his storytelling energy and accent work.

Ciulla built his foundations in improv and sketch comedy in the Boston scene, later transitioning into voice acting and narration. His breakthrough into long form audio came around 2009, when he discovered audiobooks and began seriously pursuing narration as a medium. In the video game world, Ciulla has voiced numerous characters: he contributed additional voices in Mafia III (2016) and major roles in the Fallout 76 series—including Lew Palmest, Officer Walton and Jay DeeDee in the base game, and voices in its expansions such as “Wastelanders,” “Wild Appalachia” and “Once in a Blue Moon.”

Most recently, he voiced both Kaiser and Mickey Caviar in Starfield (2023).

Beyond games, Ciulla is an award winning audiobook narrator with over 400 titles to his name, spanning sci fi, thriller, history and nonfiction. He is also the founder of Leonardo Audio, a Boston-based production company specializing in audiobooks and interactive audio works, cementing his reputation as a skilled and versatile voice talent.
