Meet Matteo Khatri

Matteo Khatri is a thoughtful and curious member of Constellation in Starfield, serving as the faction’s resident theologian. He joined the organization in 2325, driven by a lifelong fascination with the stars and the deeper questions of existence, shaped in part by a childhood where he felt different from others. Outside of his spiritual outlook, Matteo made his name as a young explorer hunting down lost religious relics from Earth’s past, believing that the mysterious Artifacts found throughout the Settled Systems might point to something greater than humanity—possibly even evidence of higher powers or alien intelligence.

Though he keeps his speculations grounded and balances faith with open inquiry, his role adds philosophical depth to Constellation’s scientific pursuits and offers the player a unique perspective on humanity’s place in the cosmos.

Matteo stands out for his passion, open-hearted curiosity, and emotional support for his peers.

Meet Carlos Valdes

Carlos Valdes is a Colombian-American actor, singer, and musician best known for his role as Cisco Ramon (also known as Vibe) across The CW’s Arrowverse, particularly as a series regular on The Flash from 2014 to 2021. Born April 20, 1989, in Cali, Colombia, he was raised in the United States and trained in musical theatre at the University of Michigan before building a career on stage, including Broadway productions such as Once, Jersey Boys, and later Hadestown.

On screen, his acting credits include Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Vixen, Freedom Fighters: The Ray, Gaslit, and Hulu’s Up Here. He has also appeared in web series like The Flash: Chronicles of Cisco and Wayward Guide for the Untrained Eye, and is a recording artist who released the EP Night Off under the name Tha Los. In video games, Valdes voices Matteo Khatri in Starfield, bringing his expressive performance style to the philosophical Constellation member.
