This is where players can initiate his mission, "Top of the L.I.S.T.," by engaging in conversation and accepting his offer to survey habitable planets and recruit settlers. Despite his claims of having a spaceship and an office in New Atlantis, these aspects are not depicted in the game. His role emphasizes the game's theme of exploration and settlement in the vast expanse of space.
