Meet Emma Wilcox

Emma Wilcox is a seasoned officer of the Freestar Rangers stationed at The Rock in Akila City. Serving as the right hand to the Rangers’ leadership, Emma acts as a gatekeeper for new recruits and the practical administrator who keeps the organization functioning day to day. A veteran Ranger with years of frontier experience, she embodies the Freestar Collective’s values of independence, justice, and responsibility.

Emma is known for her blunt, no-nonsense demeanor and careful judgment, often scrutinizing outsiders before trusting them with Ranger business. Despite her tough exterior, her loyalty to the Rangers and commitment to protecting the citizens of Freestar space make her a respected and dependable figure within the order.

Meet Daisy Hobbs

Daisy Hobbs is an American actress, voice performer, writer, and director known for her work across stage, television, digital media, and video games. A classically trained performer, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from Carnegie Mellon University and later developed her comedy and improvisation skills at the Upright Citizens Brigade in New York. Hobbs began her career in theatre and was part of the original Broadway cast of Disney’s Aladdin, following earlier stage work that included the national tour of Memphis. In screen and digital media she has acted, written, and produced projects such as the web series Outcast, while also creating music parodies and comedy sketches online.

In video games she is known for voicing Emma Wilcox in Starfield, bringing the tough Freestar Rangers officer to life. Beyond games, Hobbs has also appeared in television productions including Law & Order, Blue Bloods, and FBI: Most Wanted, and her voice work has been featured in major commercial campaigns and broadcast events.
