Meet Commander Kibwe Ikande

Kibwe Ikande is a senior United Colonies military officer, best known as the commanding figure behind the SysDef task force operating out of the UC Vigilance. Calm, authoritative, and sharply intelligent, Ikande oversees covert and high-risk operations aimed at combating major criminal threats in the Settled Systems—most notably the Crimson Fleet. He presents himself as principled and duty-bound, but is also pragmatic, willing to bend conventional rules when the stakes demand it.

Throughout the SysDef storyline, Ikande serves as both a mission handler and moral counterweight, frequently challenging the player’s decisions while emphasizing loyalty to the UC and the long-term stability of the systems over personal gain. His leadership style reflects the UC’s belief in order, security, and controlled power, making him a central figure in the faction’s struggle against organized lawlessness.

Meet Ike Amadi

Ikechukwu Prince Amadi is a Nigerian-born American voice actor whose deep, powerful voice has made him a standout performer across video games, animation, and television for nearly two decades. After emigrating from Nigeria and studying in the United States, Amadi began his career in on-screen roles before transitioning into voice acting, where he quickly became known for bringing larger-than-life characters to life with gravitas and nuance.

In video games, Amadi’s résumé is extensive and varied. He first appeared in titles like 007: Quantum of Solace (2008) and continued with additional voices in Grand Theft Auto V and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. He became especially notable for voicing Javik, the last Prothean in Mass Effect 3, and took over as Jameson Locke in Halo 5: Guardians. He’s also recognized for portraying the warlord Atriox in Halo Infinite, Atrocitus in Injustice 2, Shao Kahn and Cyrax in Mortal Kombat 11 and Mortal Kombat 1, and Aaron Davis / Prowler in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Spider-Man 2. Recent credits include Commander Kibwe Ikande and multiple other voices in Starfield, the Democracy Officer in Helldivers 2, Davrin in Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Seer in Apex Legends, and numerous additional roles across The Elder Scrolls Online, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, Prey, and No More Heroes III.

On television and animation, Amadi has also made his mark. He voiced Angor Rot and Detective Scott in Trollhunters: Tales of Arcadia, appeared in Voltron: Legendary Defender, and played O’Bengh in What If…?. More recently he’s voiced Earthbreaker Groon and additional characters in The Legend of Vox Machina and taken roles in series like Love, Death & Robots and Electric City.

In animated films, Amadi has brought iconic characters to life, including Jax Briggs in Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion’s Revenge and its sequel Battle of the Realms, and Martian Manhunter in Superman: Man of Tomorrow, Green Lantern: Beware My Power, and the Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths films.

His consistent work across both interactive and animated media underscores a career built on versatility, range, and a distinctive voice that enhances every project he’s part of.
