Meet Lillian Hart

Lillian Hart is a Freestar Collective Ranger and the mother of Cora Coe. A seasoned law officer with a sharp tactical mind, Lillian was responsible for recruiting Sam Coe into the Rangers after encountering him in the aftermath of a pirate ambush. Impressed by his piloting skills, she discreetly overlooked the contraband he had been smuggling, officially reporting that it had been “jettisoned in the fight.” The two became partners in the Rangers and eventually had a daughter, Cora.

Lillian built her reputation on the frontier through grit and a deep belief in law and order, often putting duty above family. Her rigid sense of responsibility and commitment to justice contributed to the breakdown of her relationship with Sam, creating years of distance and unresolved tension between them.

After their separation, Cora remained with Sam and later began traveling with him when he joined Constellation—an arrangement Lillian strongly disapproves of, believing the explorer lifestyle is too dangerous for their daughter.

Despite her objections, she has not offered a concrete alternative, and her long-standing habit of prioritizing Ranger business over family led to a period of lost contact with Cora. In recent years, however, mother and daughter have quietly reconnected without Sam’s knowledge. It was Cora who initiated the renewed relationship, persuading Lillian to join a “book club” as a way to rebuild their bond—revealing that beneath Lillian’s stern, duty-bound exterior is a mother who still cares deeply, even if she struggles to balance justice and family.

Meet Alisa Reyes

Alisa Reyes is an American actress and voice talent with a diverse career spanning television, animation, and video games. Born and raised in New York City, she began modeling as a child and trained in musical theatre at The Professional Performing Arts School before breaking out as one of the original cast members of Nickelodeon’s sketch comedy show All That, where she appeared from 1994–1997.

Reyes is widely recognized for her voice work as LaCienega Boulevardez in the Disney Channel animated series The Proud Family and its Disney+ revival The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder, bringing to life the bossy yet lovable character across multiple episodes. On television she’s also had roles in series such as One World, Six Feet Under, Boston Public, Strong Medicine and NYPD Blue, among others.

In video games, Reyes has expanded her voice acting credits significantly. In Starfield she voices several characters including Juno (the AI), Lillian Hart, Louisa Reyez, and Sammie, showcasing her range in a major AAA RPG. Beyond Starfield, her screen work includes roles in films like Sisters and Break Even, and she continues to contribute to both on screen acting and voice performance projects, along with music and philanthropic endeavors outside of acting.
