Meet Issa Eklund

Issa Eklund hails from the affluent Eklund family, renowned for their shipbuilding legacy. Following the Colony War, she married Walter Stroud, a visionary entrepreneur. Together, they merged their respective companies—Eklund's Shipbuilders and Stroud Industries—into the prominent ship manufacturing corporation Stroud-Eklund. This strategic union propelled the company to the forefront of the industry, introducing innovative ship models that set new standards in the Settled Systems.

Headquartered in the Trade Tower of Neon, Stroud-Eklund operates a staryard orbiting Dalvik, the moon of Deepala in the Narion system. Issa serves as the co-CEO, overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, while Walter focuses on broader strategic initiatives and financial support for Constellation.

Jenelle Lynn Randall is an American actress, singer, and writer with a diverse career spanning theater, television, and voice acting. She has performed on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and at regional theaters across the United States. Notably, she portrayed "Lorrell" in Dreamgirls at The Muny alongside Jennifer Holliday and was part of the first national tour of Brooklyn: The Musical. Her Broadway credits include All Shook Up and The Joys of S*x.

In 2019, Randall wrote, executive produced, and starred as Eartha Kitt in I Wanna Be Evil: The Eartha Kitt Story, performed at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. She is also the founder and producer, alongside Mildred Marie Langford, of the Always Working Reading Series, which started as The August Wilson Reading Series. This initiative creates opportunities for actors of color through monthly readings of August Wilson’s plays.
