Lambent Street Rat Ship Services patch for Neon Vertigo

Removes conflicting objects from Neon Vertigo that were blocking the Lambent deck area (outside the back door)

You should now have a clear deck. I tested the decorator, and the trash, decor toggles, and the workbench and animation points, everything seems to work.

Neon Vertigo has some structure that still blocks part of the view. I think it is cool looking, but if there is some demand for cleaning that up I might expand the patch.

Note:

I believe Neon Vertigo deleted some of the vanilla pieces that the Lambent deck area relied on, so I had to rearrange a few things that Miss O had placed. So, the deck area won't look exactly like it would with vanilla Neon and Lambent.
