This mod adds a new ship manufacturer to the game complete with showroom, blackmarket, unique NPCs, clothing, and decor items centered around a Neon street rat theme.

I recommend installing this mod, and any future updates while outside of Neon to ensure the location works correctly

To start, after installing the mod travel to the Neon Spaceport where your character will see goods being unloaded for the Lambent showroom, this will begin the quest leading to the new location added by this mod.

The Location

Take an elevator ride deep into the hull of Neon to visit the new Lambent ship services and blackmarket location. Inhabited by the Lambent crew, a rag tag collective of Neon street rats, working together to create ship habs and modules catering to smugglers, cyber runners, and those who appreciate Neon's edgy cyberpunk aesthetic.

The location features a fully decorated showroom, office, observation deck, and mini sleep crate "player homes", plus a blackmarket which functions like the Depot on the Key as an excellent place to trade stolen goods and contraband regardless of faction affiliation.

Ship Modules

• 2x1 Habs: All in One, Brig, Captains Quarters, Control Center, Infirmary, Living Quarters (Sleep Crates), Living Quarters (Bunks), Science Lab, Workshop
• 2x2 Habs: Bar, Functional Cargo Hold, Ops (combo armory, and computer core)
• 3x1 Habs: Utility Corridor, High Tech Corridor
• 1x1 Habs: Smugglers Cargo Hold (adds functional shielded cargo hold), Companionway (high tech), Walkway (Utility)
• Companion Quarters: A collection of 1x1 port and Starboard oriented living quarters. Decorated in the style of each Constellation companion, plus one for the player. By default these have owned furniture only useable by a specific Constellation crew member, but can be toggled to general use as faction themed living quarters instead.
• Bridges: Neon Versions of the Armstrong, and Overseer Bridges
• Landing Bay: Neon version of the Hope 4 landing Bay
• Portholes: Lambent portholes with neon light decoration, and functional shutters
• Bootleg Comspike and Conduction Grid Modules: No longer aligned with the pirates? no problem. These blackmarket ship modules will become available from the Lambent Ship services vendor after completing the Crimson Fleet/SysDef quest line
• Empty versions of the furnished habs

Vendors

• Celeste: Lambent's founder and fixer who can be unlocked as a dedicated contraband dealer. Once unlocked she will buy contraband items for triple the credits offered by vanilla in game vendors.
• Lambent Ship Tech: Once you join the Lambent collective this ship tech will pay double for any ships you wish to sell. He sells all Lambent, and blackmarket ship modules, as well as 3 prebuilt Lambent ships, the Scamp (A class), Instigator (B class), and Troublemaker (C class)
• Glow Up: This clothing vendor carries 4 new outfits, and 2 new accessories, available in 2 different colorways "Neon Bright" and "Blackout and Blue".
• Pew Pew: Unique arms dealer. Weapons that can be missed during the course of certain quests will start to appear in this vendor's inventory once the quest has been completed. So if you forgot to pick something up on the Legacy, this vendor offers a second chance to get your hands on these unique weapons.
• Kitsch Bash: Gifts and Souvenirs. This vendor sells a number of unique Lambent misc items, along with missable misc items such as landmark location books, and missable NASA snow globes. These items will start to appear in this vendor's inventory once the quests associated with these item locations have been completed
• Jolts: Food and chem dealer selling Bolt a new energy drink for smugglers and cargo haulers.
• Trade Authority: No illicit goods trading location is complete without the Trade Authority
• Doctor: Stock up on chems or heal your wounds and addictions

Showroom and Office

As a member of the Lambent you can choose to enjoy the fully decorated showroom and office as is, add your own custom touches, or clear out all the furnishing and decor, turning the location into a blank slate "player home" you can decorate from scratch. The showroom and office have their own decor toggle switches, so if you want to decorate the smaller office space but not the larger showroom, you can!

Lambent Deco Pack

After joining the Lambent collective you will find a new tab added to the decorator build menu featuring a range of Neon themed furniture, decor, workbenches, food dispensers, bounty terminal, plus weapon and armor display cases. These can be built at the Lambent location, on your ships, at outposts, and in any player home.
