Crimson Fleet Smuggling Mission Fix

Smuggle missions no longer available? Try this fix! This is a fix for the historical issue with smuggling missions no longer appearing on the mission board. Thanks to s1nderion/rbt for spending a lot of time assisting me in debugging and troubleshooting as we tried a thousand things to get smuggling missions working again after they stopped appearing on my save.

Load order:

Load before anything that attempts to modify the vanilla smuggling missions (nothing I've seen). Not sure what the impact would be if something does.

Technical:

We traced the issue down to two particular troublesome quest aliases. DestinationLocation01 and DestinationLocation01refs. Setting these two to optional, for whatever bizarre reason allows the other aliases to fill properly and the quests functions perfectly. I ran well over 100+ tests for months after we figured this out and have never had the quest get stuck or fail to reappear.
