Terran Armada Ship Builder Couch Crash Fix

Fixes a very specific crash that happens when the Elevated Cabin Designer Couch is placed in your ship and you try to edit your ship in the ship builder. (see screenshot for images of the couch)

After installing the fix you will need to delete any of that particular couch from your ship and then re build them. The crash shouldn't happen after that (presuming your crash was due to the couch and not some other issues or mod).

There may be some cases where the couch is not the only issue affecting your ship, or your ship has been corrupted due to a variety of issues. This fix won't address any of that. The best case scenario is if you recently placed the couch in the ship, you should be able to delete the couch, install this fix, replace the couch and it work with no ship builder crash.

I've reported the issue to Bethesda (and others have to), hopefully they can fix and this mod won't be needed to use that couch.

Technical: There was an extra OutpostGroupPackinDummy in the Instanced Packin, I was able to reproduce the crash 100% of the time with the couch before the fix, and I tested several times after this fix to verify no crashes, with different ships and filling a ship with these couches.
