Less Rattling Noise in Cockpits

This mod is an experiment to reduce the rattling noise when piloting ships with Nova Galactic and HopeTech cockpits by mapping them to the Stroud Eklund sound set. This mod got very light testing, so please test on a save you don't care about a while before you adopt this into your main play. In my testing it works perfect and looking in xedit with 200 mods I didn't see any conflicts or issues.

Recommended Load order:

Recommended you load after any mod that modifies sounds in the cockpits if you want this one to take priority. Although I'm not aware of any that do, so should be fine just about anywhere.

Technical/Mod Authors:

This uses duplicates of the Stroud Eklund Wwise Keyword Mapping forms to replace the HopeTech and Nova Galactic mappings. The old HopeTech and Nova Galactic WKMF forms have had their keywords replace with a new unused keyword to satisfy them, but have them doing nothing.
In my testing this resulted in the Hopetech and Nova Galactic sounding a lot more like the Stroud Eklund. Not completely, so I'm sure there are probably other sound related changes that could be made, but I was trying to keep this simple.
