Trackers Primer Magazine Cover Fix

So it turns out the Trackers Primer skill magazines AREN'T all supposed to have the same cover. They were just misattributed, and the original covers are still in the game files and unused. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
This mod fixes that. Should work on all magazines in your inventory as well as out in the world.
