You see that big, brightly-lit For Sale sign on a piece of Akila City real estate. You buy it, and you love your new cozy little player home. You step out - and you see that sign still up there. It hasn't come down. It's NEVER coming down.
So here's a mod that takes it down. Load it, step back into the apartment just once, and that should do it.
