REUPLOAD: This patch is now based on the Creations version of Neon Vertigo. The previous upload was based on the Nexus version, which appears to use a different plugin/version and caused a missing dependency issue.
Compatibility patch for Neon Vertigo that removes duplicated and floating billboards.
Load AFTER both Neon Vertigo and Neon Core - Serious Business.
