Ammunition Crafting Rebalanced - Balanced Version

Roughly doubles the amount of ammo you get per craft for most types, some get a bit more than that.
Crafting costs have been increased for all of the recipes - but the overall cost per bullet has significantly decreased. Primer cost has not been changed - each batch of ammo only costs 1 primer no matter what.
Also added 4 new recipes for primers. Primer crafting unlocks with Ammunition Research:
Tier 1 unlocks Small Primers Tier 2 unlocks Large Primers and Laser Primers Tier 3 unlocks Magnetic Primers
Primers are crafted in batches of 10 each and need resources or other crafted materials I felt were appropriate.
This mod is a stopgap I made for myself until DarkStar Manufacturing is released, which iirc will introduce it's own properly balanced ammunition crafting. I just didn't want to have a "here, craft 100 ammo each for free" mod in my load order only to get used to it and then feel bad about having to remove it. I hope it isn't too out of whack balance wise - for the primers I literally just pulled some items out of thin air that I thought "sound" like they might make sense in their recipes. Obviously most people (me included) don't craft those or pick them up when they stumble across them. So they now have a use.

This mod rebalances engines' power usage making all engines use 2 power while retaining their vanilla engine and maneuvering thrusts, as well adding new engines and mesh variants.

Craft ammo without needing to buy primers. Quantity of crafted ammo and other resource requirements stay the same as in the default game.
