Magazines Worth Reading

Just a simple buff to most of the skill magazines in the game.

Increased effects are usually at least double the strength they were before. A few magazine series have had their effects spread out over multiple issues, giving you earlier access to a weaker max rank benefit that then increases in power. This evens out progression more and makes one actually excited about finding one.

Might be considered a bit cheaty by some people, but unless you reach a very high level and combine it with maxed out skills it should be fine. It's not totally overpowered in my opinion - finding one should always feel fun and make you want more, not immediately facepalm over a 2% increase you will never notice unless you collect the whole series.

Should work fine with any replacer mod of your choice (looking at you NSFW nexusmods users).
