Better Geology and Botany - Buffed Harvesting

Let's make this one short and sweet!

What this mod does:

Makes the Geology and Botany perks progressively better with each level. They now give up to 5x (FIVE TIMES) the amount of resources based on your perk level and the rarity level of the resource.

Starting at perk level one, you get up to double the amount of common and uncommon resources and at perk level 4 this caps out at five times. Rare starts from perk level 2 onward, increasing from double up to four times on perk level 4 and Exotic starts at perk level 3 increasing from double to triple.

This should make both perks feel vastly more rewarding and actually enable you to gather resources efficiently yourself, if you so choose to.
