Ship Landing Beacon

Required Game Version: V1.16.244.0
Features: Craft a beacon (functionally a mine) at a workbench; it allows you to summon your ship to land outdoors, provided you are at least 300 meters away from the vessel. Requires Rank 1 in the Ship Design skill to craft.
Notes: The current localization primarily supports Chinese and English testing, though I have also enabled six other languages. I am not sure exactly which ones they are, so please bear with me. The languages currently included are likely: de (German), en (English), es (Spanish), fr (French), it (Italian), ja (Japanese), pl (Polish), ptbr (Brazilian Portuguese), and zhhans (Simplified Chinese).
