Todd! Rosie Tenochi is not a qualified medical partner! Lexy is the one!(No voiceover) You can find her in Reliant Medical at the New Atlantis Residential District. Recruiting her is not cheap(25000 credits), but definitely worth the money.
Her abilities: She can withstand more damage. Once recruited, if your health drops below 40% outside of combat, she will automatically heal you. You can also ask her to treat all your injuries and ailments, restoring you to full health. All of this is free of charge—though you still have to pay for medical supplies.
Pay attention to the details: 1.Do not stand in a crowd and block her healing beam while she is trying to heal you; due to the game's internal system processing, there may be a 1- to 2-second delay before the healing actually triggers. 2.Due to a limitation of the game itself, you only need to place the weapons and ammo you want to assign to Lexy in her inventory; she will automatically switch during combat. (Make sure the weapon damage is high enough, otherwise she will still actively pick up a more powerful weapon to use). Otherwise, she might not use the healing gun (I have currently used a script to avoid this, but it doesn't seem to be a permanent solution). 3.If you notice she constantly tracking you with her gaze, it indicates that their behavior has become stuck; ensuring your health remains above 40% for a short period will allow Her behavior logic to exit the healing state and return to normal.

If you manually equip Lexy with a weapon, she will simply follow you around without using her healing gun when a healing action is triggered. To avoid this, simply place the desired weapon and ammo into Lexy's inventory without equipping them; she will draw and use the weapon herself during combat (provided its tier is high enough—otherwise, she will still pick up a stronger weapon to use). I have added a script to force her to equip the healing gun when the action triggers and unequip it afterward, but I am unsure if this fully resolves the issue; for now, this is the best workaround.

如果玩家自行给Lexy配置了武器就会发生触发治疗行为时Lexy会一直跟在玩家身边不使用治疗枪。只需要把你想要配置给Lexy的武器和弹药放到Lexy的背包里就行了不用配置，战斗时她会自己拿出来使用(前提是武器级别够高，否则她还是会去捡更强的武器来用)。目前我已经添加了脚本要求行为触发时强制装备治疗枪和结束后强制卸载治疗枪，但是不确定是否能根治此问题，只能先这样了。 -
