Always Clear Weather

Always Clear Weather A cheat mod that sets the weather to clear every time you travel to a new location Tired of lousy weather and not being able to see where the scary monsters are? This mod gives you clear skies or a choice of selected weather types wherever you go. Adverse weather effects are removed so your suit will stop beeping when the weather is nasty.
The mod starts off disabled. Enable or disable the effect in the Gameplay Options menu The state of the mod is saved between game sessions, so it's set and forget.
Notes Disabling the weather change won't restore the default weather at your location until you travel away and back again. Weather clearing takes a few seconds when you arrive at a new location so you might catch a few drops of rain. If the mod function was disabled, re-enabling will run the clear weather effect once and then wait until the next location change before firing again. When landing on a planet weather is not cleared until you step outside your ship. The mod checks if you are in an interior location including your ship or a space station and will not run unless you are outside.
Trigger Conditions On game load On location change including player ship landing on a planet On Gameplay menu options changed and set to enabled. On timer only when enabled
Random Weather In the Weather Selection menu option scroll to the end of the list to find Random Weather Random weather randomly picks a non-hazardous only type of weather that is mostly clear. If you're spending some time outside on a planet you may want to activate the timer to see occasional weather changes.
Recommended Settings Always Clear Weather - On Display Message - Off Weather Selection - Random Weather Timer - around 5 to 10 minutes
Disable the timer if you're using a fixed weather setting and are not in one of the game areas where scripted weather changes occur.
The mod script does not continuously check the weather, it only triggers when you travel to a new location. Activating the timer will run the weather setting function at the interval that you set.
