Rev-8 Infinite Boost

Yet another mod that changes the Rev-8 vehicle to have infinite horizontal and vertical boost.
No other changes to vehicle handling. Should help to prevent game instability issues.
The boost height cap has not been changed.
Instructions: Hold Shift/Space to fly. Release Space to decrease altitude a bit. You can stay airborne on planets with high gravity such as Porrima III.
