NEO-8 Airspeeder - Infinite Boost Patch

This is a patch for the NEO-8 Airspeeder by Bub200 made with the author's permission.
Changes: Horizontal and vertical boost duration set to infinite duration. Vertical boost height capped at 800m (enough to clear the tallest mountains but hopefully not fly into space). 1st Person viewpoint centered.
Notes: The NEO-8 Airspeeder by Bub200 is required for this mod to function. Set this mod to load after the NEO-8 mod in your load order.
