The Greenhill Residence

Overview

The Greenhill Residence is a new property available for sale in the capital city of the United Colonies, New Atlantis. Offering a spacious interior, the residence comes with a large living room featuring a TV and fireplace combo. The window of the living room have been replaced with a decorated cave, incorporating bright crystals and green plants for a stunning view. The cozy bathroom comes with a large bathtub offering wellness functionality.

Additional sizable rooms include a kitchen, private office (including a hidden armory) and a bedroom has a ceiling full of small lights to remind you of your space adventures even when you are at home. The residence includes a rocky basement for all your crafting and storage needs as well.

The interior comes pre-furnished and includes 80+ new buildable outpost items. The new buildable items are available at any outpost/ship/player home location! Some shelves are too big to fit into normal ship hab modules, but have been left in the list for players using modded double height ship habs.

Displayed books and action figures are not included, these items come empty and need to be filled yourself.

Other Features

• All clutter items are static but can be picked up
• Almost all furniture inside the residence can be moved and deleted
• Full build menu like any other player home
• The office has a hidden armory that can be accessed via a button by a shelf
• The bathroom includes a functional Enhance! mirror and a usable bathtub
• The kitchen comes with a working stove and a functional tea and coffee brewer, the brewers can be moved/deleted (the brewers are included in the new buildable items too!)
• A refueling console using Real Fuel is integrated, only functional if you have Real Fuel installed
• Quick and easy cargo access to your ship by the front door

Location

The residence can be found next to The Lodge. A map marker to it called "Greenhill Residence" is available as well.

Unlocking

This new property can be obtained for 120,000 credits via terminal at the front door. Alternatively, a simple option to unlock it for free is available at the same terminal. Choose as you like! For players that like to be lore accurate, a separate option in the terminal is included to set up purchasing requiring to have obtained UC citizenship.

This Creation comes in English and German. If you made a translation for another language, feel free to share it with me and I include it, or upload your translation as patch!

Compatibility

The home is fully compatible with Peak Performance if you have that Creation installed Not compatible with other mods that make changes to the region of New Atlantis where the Greenhill Residence has been placed
