Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - Crimson Fleet Rearmed

This patch file adjusts the stats of the cockpits, cargo modules and cargo holds added by "Crimson Fleet Rearmed," to match the changes made to vanilla ship parts by the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file. Obviously, it requires that you be using CFA. As well, while it doesn't technically require the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file, it wouldn't make much sense to use this without it.
Note that there are now both shielded and unshielded payload cargo modules available. I also incidentally corrected an obvious typo in the M50 autocannon price. (It was costing 10x what it was supposed to cost.)

Overhaul of the Dream Home. Moved the homes interior into the exterior cell of Nesoi. Added several buildings outside which contain all workbenches, a vendor and a ship builder!
