Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - Mattell's Cockpits Solitude Series

This patch file adjusts the stats of the cockpits added by "Mattell's Cockpits Solitude Series," to match the changes made to vanilla ship parts by the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file. Obviously, it requires that you be using Mattell's mod. As well, while it doesn't technically require the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file (or, alternately, the "Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - Better Ship Part Flips" file), it wouldn't make much sense to use this without it.
