Faction Quests Give Skill Points
Factions want their members to grow and now provide training for completing their quests.
Each faction (UC Vanguard, Freestar Rangers and Ryujin) gives a total of 10 skill points over the course of their main quests.
Since Ryujin have so many quests, they all give 1 skill point except for the 2 quests.
UC Vanguard and Freestar Rangers give 1 skill point except for the last quest which gives 2.
Note: You only get skill points once. So disabled after Unity.
