Respect My Authority - Ryujin

Ryujin Tower guards will now respect your authority!

Added conditions on Ryujin Tower guard dialogue:

After completing A Step Ahead guards will no longer say anything inappropriate things to a superior, like: "I'm keeping an eye on you." And "Don't cause any trouble." After completing Background Checks interior guards will no longer tell you to stay out of restricted areas.

Compatibility

Should be compatible with anything that doesn't touch Ryujin Tower guard records.
