Potent Alien DNA

This mod changes the buffs and debuffs of the Alien DNA Trait. The food and aid effectiveness debuff in the vanilla game is 20%, but now it's 25%. In vanilla the health and oxygen buff is 50, but in this mod it's now a 100 health and oxygen boost. I hope this will make the Alien DNA Trait more viable in the late game, but if not you can always remove it.
