Neuroamps Mark IV and V and NeuroDom

This creation/mod adds Mark IV and Mark V Neruoamps to leveled lists and a new type of Neuroamp: the Neuroamp Dominator (NeuroDom). The NeuroDom increases the chance of your Manipulation skill succeeding. All Mark IV Neuroamp increase your success chance by 20% and Mark V increase the success chance by 25%. This mod also increases the price of all neuroamps: all Mark I neuroamps will now cost 5000, all Mark II will cost 10,000, all Mark III will cost 15,000 and all Mark IV will cost 20,000 and Mark V will cost 25,000 credits. You can buy most of these amps from Aito Suzuki on Neon (although the more advanced neuroamps require you to be a certain level before he sells them, he will sell Mark II at level 10, Mark III at level 20, Mark IV at level 30 and Mark V at level 40).
Be sure to check out my other mods, especially the: Improved Coercion mod/creation since this mod was meant to work in tandem with that mod (but it's not required).
