Rings of Strolling

Would you like to take a stroll around town, enjoying the sights at your own pace? Have you always wanted to optionally move at the same pace as an NPC when you're following them during a quest? Do you wish you could spend time enjoying the interesting details of the world around you, without holding your controller's analog stick at just the right angle the whole time? Then this is the mod for you.
In front of the bed in your room at the Lodge, you'll find a mysterious box that contains a most impressive pair of jewelry items - The Rings of Strolling!
Simply equip either the Ring of Strolling (stroll at the pace of an NPC) or the Ring of Strolling, Brisk (walk slightly faster than NPCs), and you can now take a leisurely trip around town, enjoy the work you've put into your spaceship or outpost, or peruse a shop or museum the way you like.
The strolling mechanism will be automatically disabled if you sprint, take out your weapon, enter combat, sneak, swim, interact with furniture, enter zero gravity, mantle, exit 1st person, or cast a Starborn power; it will then resume when you're no longer doing any of these things. If you like, you could leave the ring of your choice on for the entire game.
Notes:
The Rings of Strolling only work in 1st person. This is currently unavoidable, but if I come up with a suitable mechanism for 3rd person, I'll add it later.
The Rings of Strolling take up no armor slot, so you can wear other rings and clothing items at the same time.
Equipping both rings at the same time will make you slow to a crawl or stop completely. Pick one at a time.
There is sometimes a small delay between entering and exiting strolling speed. It's generally very brief (less than half a second), and only occurs occasionally.
If you come across a situation where strolling speed takes effect and you'd rather it not, let me know and I'll see if I can exclude it.
Enjoy!
