A buff to Aneutronic Fusion to make it feel less worthless. Now provides an extra 2/4/7/10 power. Not huge, but still significant.

This simply adds Crimson Fleet to the list of targets which Lawful is effective against. Because pirates are NOT lawful and are in fact the natural enemy of every sailor.
