Bridger Perk Fix

By default, the Bridger and unique variants do not benefit from the heavy weapons or ballistics perks (despite appearing in the perk patches for those perks).
This really takes away from the enjoyment of one of the coolest guns in the game, now that is fixed with the correct keywords added so that the Bridger benefits from the relevant perks.
