Baka Leveling Bonuses

This mod adds two Gameplay Options that grant bonus XP [25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 150%, 200%, 250%, 300%], and bonus Skill Points when you Level Up (up to 10). Both can be disabled if you'd only like to use one of them.
