Starborn Faction Skip - Freestar Rangers

Adds a Starborn Freestar Rangers skip path after completing Job Gone Wrong and starting Deputized. Speak with Emma Wilcox, then Marshal Blake, to resolve the Freestar Rangers questline using Starborn knowledge. This mod also gives you all the quest rewards and XP you would have gotten for completing the quests normally, like the deputy badge and uniform, the weapons, as well as unlocking Autumn as a follower. I also included some missable loot like Paxton's Officer hat and uniform, skill magazines and some other stuff.
Important: When the skip appears The skip dialogue appears AFTER you officially tell Emma Wilcox you want to join the Rangers. You still need to accept her instruction to take a mission from the mission board, because this lets the vanilla Deputized script finish setting everything up.
After that, do NOT go to the mission board. Return to Emma instead. She will have the new Starborn skip dialogue.
The reason for placing it here is because I could not find a clean way to make my dialogue take priority before that point without risking conflicts with the vanilla Deputized setup, so the skip starts here for safety.
NOTE: Dialogue added by this mod is currently subtitle only.
