Stop NPC Staring

Small, simple mod to stop NPCs from staring at the main character from long distances, so they'll only look at you when you're close enough to interact with them. This greatly enhances immersion in big cities where you walk right past NPCs, and it makes entering a large plaza or shop feel more realistic, since citizens will focus more on their own business and less on you, unless you get close enough to them.

LOAD ORDER & COMPATIBILITY Load order neutral. Compatible with all mods except those that modify NPC head tracking distance from the player.
