Model G-EM

This one's for all you non-lethal players that still want a robo-sidekick!

Anyone else feel bad that poor li'l beebee Model G's only recourse against aggressors is a dinky (albeit adorable) headbutt? Me, too. But not to worry, because Model G is so grateful to you for saving his life, he has decided to return the favor by teaching himself how to lay down cover fire.

That's right: Your little robopal has taught himself how to fire electromagnetic shots. How? He's a determined little guy; maybe the power was inside him all along. Or maybe he snuck into Ryujin Tower, knocked out the clerk with his signature headbutt, stole a Novablast Disruptor, and reverse engineered it somehow.

"Gasp! Why would you do that, Model G??" I can hear you asking. HE LOVES YOU LOTS, THAT'S WHY. HE DID THIS FOR YOU.

And as your little guy is now an EM expert, he's happy to help you out even more on your ship. He'll give your EM weapons a serious buff and throw an extra pip of energy onto your reactor, too. Don't worry, he still knows how to help out with engines, outposts, and scavenging like he always did.

Not to mention he's so teeny and compact he doesn't even take up a crew slot anymore. So considerate! The goodest little robo-egg there ever was.

Important Info:

• Model G will only receive these upgrades in a new game or fresh Unity jump. Make sure you add this mod before you begin your new game or step through the Unity.
• If you have any other mods affecting Model G, they will likely conflict. So, it's recommended to load this mod below any others that impact him or risk his new powers being sadly overwritten and leaving poor Model G as defenseless as the day he was bor--er... constructed.
• If Model G is your only crew member, he may still occupy a crew spot on your ship. But once you add someone else, he will then have a free spot as intended.
• Don't use this at the same time as my Model G-PB mod. If you do, whichever is positioned lower will win.
• Model G does still have his little headbutt attack, which does a trivial amount of real damage. However, if you have somehow worn down an enemy enough, it could (in theory) deliver a killing blow. So, just be mindful of that if you're running a full non-lethal playthrough.
