=== BACKGROUND STORY ===

Long ago, the Starborn elder Cassilia Aurelia stole an ancient weapon known as Temerius from the Oathbreaker Kadovar.

But Temerius was never meant to be wielded lightly.

The blade carries a volatile Starborn force capable of corrupting the mind of its bearer, feeding upon ambition, rage, and desire.

Even Cassilia herself could not suppress its influence forever.

Fearing what Kadovar would do if he reclaimed it, she vanished into the fringes of settled space, hiding both herself and the relic while searching for someone worthy enough to inherit it.

Now, Kadovar has unleashed countless Hunters to retrieve the weapon.

By the time the player arrives at the hidden sanctuary, the battle is already underway.

Cassilia is weakened, and Temerius is slipping beyond her control.

In her final act, she entrusts the blade to the player.

Because she believes the weapon was never waiting for her.

It was waiting for you.

=== Tips === There’s no traditional quest with map markers or objective tracking. I wanted it to feel more like uncovering a hidden Starborn story yourself. The mod uses datapads and environmental clues to guide you, so you’ll need to piece things together and figure out where to go on your own.
