Simple Hydration Improvements and Tweaks

Changes certain aid items that would previously only provide one type of sustenance so that they instead provide both, based on both what is included visually in their model, as well as what makes sense from a realism standpoint. Now includes lore-friendly improvements to descriptions of some items relevant to changes made.
Currently affects:
UC Battlemeal UC Battlemeal Multipack Meal Tray Stews and Soups Oishii brand noodle soup packs Some fruits and vegetables (WATERMELON!, oranges, limes, lemons, etc.)
Additional change/fix:
Changes the description of one of the unique beverages from The Viewport in New Atlantis: The description previously claimed that the beverage was made with an "alien" fruit, when in reality the fruit displayed in the model is a very real, East-Asian fingered citrus fruit called "Buddha's Hand." I simply edited the existing description to rectify this error.

Overhaul of the Dream Home. Moved the homes interior into the exterior cell of Nesoi. Added several buildings outside which contain all workbenches, a vendor and a ship builder!
