Hello everyone and welcome to my mod, Lore-friendly Backgrounds!
This mod introduces 25 brand-new backgrounds for players to choose from…from Assassin to Xenowarfare Scientist, plus many more.
My goal for this mod is to produce “Lore-friendly” backgrounds for players to use for roleplaying purposes and that fit directly into the Starfield universe without deviating too much from the lore. Each background is carefully planned and skills are carefully chosen to make sense with the background itself.
Version 1.6 introduces FIVE more backgrounds for players to use which are listed below with the main list of backgrounds.

1.4Version 1.4 introduces twelve backgrounds in total, nine completely new ones and three from the Pirate Pack. In total twelve new backgrounds are in this version, with a total of twenty backgrounds in general.

1.3Quick and simple update to First Cavalry Lieutenant. It is now "First Cavalry Soldier" just to shorten the name.

1.2Updated the files from .esp too .esm, according to an article today .esp is no longer a viable form. No new backgrounds.

1.1Updated background bios to correct some issues from copying and pasting. Added in three new backgrounds to the mixture.
