Lore-friendly Recipes: Food & Drinks

Hello, and welcome to my fifth mod. . .Lore-Friendly Recipes: Food and Drinks. Version 1.0 introduces TWELVE brand-new recipes for all of you gourmet chefs to learn and master. From brewing your own Aurora Cocktail to cooking up some Brainsprout Tentacle Chunks, and much more. This is just the beginning of Lore-Friendly Recipes: Food and Drinks, as I plan to continue updating it in the future with more recipes to learn and find inside the Universe.

Below are the new recipes added into the game and they're categorized based on required research:

Mixology Research 1 Recipes:

1. Mead - An ancient alcoholic beverage made with honey, water, and yeast. Vikings used to consume this with one strong gulp, or so the books say.
2. Alien Ale - You looked at the juice excreting from an alien one day, and decided to simply try it. It tasted like strawberries and it had psychedelic effects. Like all brewers, you said “let's make it into a beer”.

Mixology Research 2 Recipes:

1. Bochet Mead - Burnt-honey mead with a hint of caramel, vanilla, and chocolate.
2. Alien Red Ale - After experimenting with the alien juices, you've learned with a few more ingredients you can create a superior beverage compared to the normal one.
3. Aurora Cocktail - This cocktail is a specialty drink created in Neon. Consisting of Aurora, rum, vodka, spices, and sours. Too much of this drink can really slow you down!

Mixology Research 3 Recipes:

1. Summer Shandy - Not all pirates drink rum, some prefer the Summer Shandy. A unique wheat-ale beer brewed with citrus, lime, and lemons. Some pirates may think you’re a loser, but screw em.
2. Beetle Juice - Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. But, someone did it and now you have Beetle Juice. A delicacy in Neon and other weird places. Yep, it sounds as disgusting as you think. It’s extracted Beetle Juice mixed with other ingredients.

Mixology Research 4 Recipes:

1. Chemical Death - Chemical death is a hardcore beverage that only the baddest of people use in the systems. Drinking too much of this will lead to certain death but just the right amount will give you the rush of a lifetime.

Exotic Recipes 1:

1. Eggback Stew - A good hearty stew will always fill a person up, especially when it’s the recipe from Grandma's cookbook. Filled with Eggback membrane, carrots, and potatoes, it’s hard to beat this good recipe.

Exotic Research 2:

1. Rosemary Ashta Chunks - Sometimes in order to eat good, you have to kill deadly animals. The Ashta are deadly animals. These Ashta chunks are manufactured in rosemary and garlic butter flavors, and are quite good.

Exotic Research 3 :

1. Brainsprout Tentacle Chunks - An old flavor of Chunks that’s no longer in circulation, the Brainsprout Tentacle Chunks were known to give a psychedelic side-effect shortly after eating them. Causing Chunks to shutdown the manufacturing of them.

Exotic Research 4:

1. Terramorph Chili - The deadliest prey, makes the best chili. Terramorph meat has a savory and hearty taste and you combine that with spices, whiskey, and onions…and you have the best chili in the galaxy.

Q/A Section:

Question - How can I use these recipes? Answer - By researching the proper categories and having the correct perks. Then just go to a cooking station and craft away.

Question - Where do I find them? Answer - After researching and gaining the correct perks, go to a cooking workstation and look for them there.

Question - Are there any recipes you can learn by finding the recipe book? Answer - No not yet, but I do plan to add in several recipes that require exploring the universe.
