Increases the UI files to 120 FPS, for a smoother and less jittery user interface and menus.
Bethesda has once again set all of their menus and user interface files to only be 30 fps. I've now changed them to 120.
These are loose files, let any other conflicting mod override them.
We have mod managers now, use them. Install with latest MO2, or Vortex I guess.
