Modifies the Astrophysics Skill to allow the discovery of multiple traits on a planet. With each rank you will gain a 25% chance to discover each of a planet's traits when scanning from orbit. At max rank you will be guaranteed to discover every planetary trait when scanning a planet from orbit.
