Adds a High Frequency Blade inspired by Raiden's default weapon from Metal Gear Rising Revengence into the game!
The weapon can be purchased from vendors or be spawned in through the console.
With Blade Mods level 2 researched an especially powerful weapon mod can be given to the weapon at a weapon workbench.
