Earth Savior Award Alternative

It's always bugged me that the only ways to get the Earth Savior Award is doing a nonsensical persuasion minigame or going to Rokov for leverage. This mod adds some alternative routes to getting the award. If you'd like to figure this out on your own, stop reading here. For everyone that wants the breakdown, see below:
Sheila may not be keeping the award in her cabin, but she is keeping some other important credentials there. Be prepared to open a master lock unless you think you can fish her room key out of her pockets.
And if subtlety isn't your forte... well I've also marked her non-essential. If you kill her, the claim ID will just show up in her inventory. I've looked at her inventory in the CK and I cannot tell where this is coming from, and therefore can't remove it. So feel free to bypass her 2nd claim ID in the safe if you go this route.
