Stack Me Up - Carry weight bonus stacking

"I love it when I'm over-encumbered and my consumables don't stack." -No one ever
I'm a loot goblin. Always have been. Always will be. As such, I don't love encumbrance systems generally, but they're ok if I have ways to combat them. But for some reason, Bethesda does not let us stack carry weight buffs from consumable items. This was an issue in Skyrim and I made a mod to fix it. It's once again an issue, so I made a mod to fix it!
Food items, drink items, and chems that give carry weight bonuses (only chem I know of is Pick-Me-Up) now have stacking bonuses. Go nuts on looting, just make sure to prepare first!
