DarkStar Resource Fabricators

A small patch to include resource fabricators for DarkStar materials for all you Outpost-heads that froth on Outpost manufacturing as much as I do.
They're located in the DarkStar category in the Outpost menu with different variants, the same way the vanilla fabricators work.
The fabricators produce:
SIMPLE:

COMPOUND:
- Codex: Empty
- Legendary Matrix
- Quantum Harness
- Weapon Particle Core
MULTIPLEX:
- Quantum Rig: Kiosk
- Quantum Rig: Workbench
- Quantum Rig: Hab - Add On
- Quantum Rig: Hab - Small
- Quantum Rig: Hab - Medium
- Quantum Rig: Hab - Large
- Quantum Rig: Plexus
- Quantum Rig: Nexus
- Quantum Rig: Omen
