Bard's Factions: Ranks and Names lets you refit and rename Generic Crew NPCs using Starfield faction ranks and titles.

Change outfits, weapons, spacesuits, and displayed names from curated title/name pools while keeping NPC behavior and assignments intact. Soft-referenced DLCs and other creations add optional outfits and extras when present. Change specific NPCs or the whole Outpost

Soft-reference behavior:

No hard dependency is introduced by soft references. Assets from these DLCs/creations are exposed in the mod menu only when those creations are present in the load order.
